Winter Fellowship, Busk Banquet, and November Lodge Executive Committee Meeting to be held at Price Sanders Scout Reservation, Camp Miles.

Registration ends Thursday, 12/5/2024 - no exceptions.  Payment for this event will be on-line only.

Saturday Banquet:  The Saturday night banquet will recognize those Arrowmen receiving the Vigil Honor as well as those receiving other awards from the Lodge.  It is NOT necessary to register for the full Winter Fellowship weekend in order to attend the Saturday Banquet.  You may just register for the banquet itself, the fee being $15.  The additional $10 late fee will be charged to walk-ins.

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA AND YOUR YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING MUST BE CURRENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  YOUR STATUS WILL BE CHECKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception may be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email, (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
