The National Distinguished Learning For Life Award

The Distinguished Learning For Life Award  recognizes Council who have achieved the ideal number of volunteers and have trained those volunteers, who have achieved growth in their student participation, have schools who are financially responsible for program costs and  show an increase in the percentage of participants taking part    in outdoor experiences.

The Southwest Florida Council has received the Distinguished Learning For Life Award in the following years:
