The Scout Shop has in-house services to sew patches on uniforms and hem pants. Visit us for more information on time frame and pricing.  We also have a complete assortment of pre-sewn shirts.

The Scout Shop takes phone orders at: 239-418-1603 and will ship promptly. Shipping charges apply to all shipping orders. Order are shipped via 2 day FedEx.

Uniform and Advancement Ordering Tool

We have a shopping request form for you to purchase any of Uniform and Uniform related products, Cub Scout or Scouting BSA advancements online.  You can select the items and have them gathered, bagged, and set aside for you to pick up in-store, contactless curbside, or have the items shipped directly to you.  Click here for the online order form.

 In order to pick up any advancements or awards, you must provide a Scoutbook generated Advancement form.

BSA Uniforms

Scouting America has always been a uniformed body. Its uniforms help to create a sense of belonging. They symbolize character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. Wearing a uniform gives youth and adult members a sense of identification and commitment. The Guide to Awards and Insignia presents detailed information to enable members to wear the correct and complete uniform on all suitable occasions.

Custom orders

The Scout Shop has the best prices on t-shirts, polo shirts, caps, patches, and any other custom items needed. Ask for a quote on a custom item and see the difference. The Scout Shop can also do custom unit numbers, neckerchiefs or name tags.  Stop in for details.

Payment Methods & Policies

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards with the VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, checks, with proper identification, and cash. Checks should be made payable to the Southwest Florida Scout Shop and a valid driver’s license is required for all check purchases. Refunds: If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our product’s quality, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange with a valid receipt. Tax-Exempt Certificates: Please make sure a copy of your current Tax-Exempt Certificate is on file at the Scout Shop. To meet Florida requirements for tax-exempt purchases, payments must be made with a unit or Charter Organization credit card or check.
